Simply enter your username or registered phone number along with your password, then click the login button. Within seconds, you will be inside your account and ready to play, check your balance, claim bonuses, or make a withdrawal.

How to Log In to Your 99cuci Account
Open the Login Page
Visit the 99cuci website and click the "Login" link in the top navigation bar, or go directly to the login page. Make sure the URL displayed is correct before entering any information.
Enter Your Login Credentials
Enter the username or Malaysian phone number you used when registering, followed by the password you set. Make sure the capitalisation is correct as passwords are case-sensitive.
Confirm Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
If you have enabled two-factor authentication on your account, enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This extra step adds an additional layer of protection to your account.
Access Your Dashboard
Once logged in successfully, you will be directed to your personal dashboard. Here you can view your account balance, available bonus claims, game history and all your account settings.

Having Trouble Logging In?
No need to worry if you run into any issues when trying to log in. Here are some common situations and how to resolve them:
- Forgot password — Use the password reset function via your registered phone number. A verification code will be sent by SMS.
- Username not recognized — Try using your Malaysian phone number as an alternative. If it still fails, contact our customer support.
- Temporary Account Lock — For security, your account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. Wait a few minutes before trying again or contact our support team.
- Page not loading correctly — Try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode. Also ensure your internet connection is stable.

Your Account Security is Our Priority
99cuci uses multiple layers of security to ensure your account and funds are always protected:
256-bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and 99cuci servers is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same highest standard used by leading banking institutions worldwide.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable two-factor authentication for added protection. Each time you log in, a unique OTP code will be sent to your phone number to verify your identity before access is granted.
Suspicious Activity Monitoring
Our system automatically monitors every login attempt. Any unusual activity — such as a login from a new location or device — will trigger additional verification to protect your account.
Auto-Login Session Expired
Your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity. This feature protects your account in case you forget to log out from a public device.
Tiered Password Protection
Your account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts, preventing any unauthorized access.
