1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

99cuci is committed to processing the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for local banks and e-wallets. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in your own name. 99cuci does not process payments to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
99cuci provides an online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. Members agree that any claim against 99cuci is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. 99cuci is not liable for indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or incidental damages under any circumstances.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 99cuci customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
99cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
- Member found to be under 18 years of age.
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
